Refunds / Exchanges

All tangible products (Books, CDs, Tapes, and other physical items) supplied by 7-Spirits.com carry a 21-day satisfaction guarantee, unless otherwise stated. You may return any such product for any reason, except shipping damage, in the original packaging and in the same condition as originally purchased. This warranty does not apply to items damaged in shipping, in which case you should immediately contact the shipper for restitution.

All electronic products (e-Books, Audio files, software files not delivered physically, Video files, and any other product delivered electronically) supplied by 7-Spirits.com also carry a 21-day satisfaction guarantee, unless otherwise stated. If you received a damaged electronic file, we will gladly replace your damaged electronic product by sending you the address of the website where a new electronic file may be obtained. Please be sure to send us your name, email address, receipt number, if any, product name, purchase date, and purchase price to:

Any products supplied by and affiliate (Amazon.com, ElijahList.com, etc.) will be subject to the return / exchange polices of that affiliate. Please contact the affiliate in question for resolution of your concerns.

Product Recommendations

7-Spirits.com assumes no liability for any products recommended by us, but not supplied by us, by our affiliates, or by any of our members. Any restitution sought in such a case should be addressed to the manufacturer / supplier of the product in question. Any concerns can be addressed to us in an advisory mode only. We will gladly review our recommendation of any questionable product, and may consider withdrawing any future endorsement of any such questionable product.
